Opened in 1996, West Wilts Crematorium was designed in sympathy with traditional Wiltshire architecture, and overlooks the pastures bordering the Kennet & Avon canal at Semington.
The buildings incorporate many natural stone and timber features, and the peaceful Garden of Remembrance is open throughout the year. The grounds have been arranged to offer areas of formal design, alongside areas of unspoilt natural beauty, and every effort has been made to create a tranquil atmosphere in which to remember a loved one.
Privately owned, West Wiltshire Crematorium serves the Wiltshire towns of Melksham, Trowbridge, Devizes, Chippenham and Calne as well as Frome in Somerset. with easy access from the M4 and public transport via Trowbridge.

In the heart of the countryside, North Wilts Crematorium at Royal Wootton Bassett provides a natural place for families to hold the dignified service of their choice.
Created to serve the communities of Swindon and North Wiltshire, the new facility has been especially designed in the local rural character so it blends into the countryside, offering a place of peace and seclusion, so important for a funeral.
The chapel is light & spacious, finished in natural stone

Haycombe Crematorium was opened in 1961 and remains the only crematorium in Bath and North East Somerset Council’s area. The modern style building is located at the end of the extensive Haycombe Cemetery with its well-maintained grounds and wildflower pockets. The chapel features a glass wall which gives views over the Englishcombe valley.
The crematorium chapel has seating for 75 people.The burial chapel near the entrance gate to the Haycombe site has seating for 140 and can be used for a service combined with a crematorium slot.
Individual plots are available for the burial of cremated remains, and there are gardens where ashes can be scattered.

With its rather unique A-shape and colourful glass façade the Kingsdown Crematorium chapel, managed by Swindon Borough Council, is set in neat, treed grounds which house memorial gardens, a wall of remembrance, a cemetery and plots for cremated remains.
. The peaceful chapel seats up to 70 people. There is a digital music system for playing downloaded music and an organist can be arranged.
