We are passionately supportive of care for nature and try to create funerals that are as low impact as possible on the environment. We believe that sustainability should be a part of everything we do and have pledged the following:

  • We are a plastic free business and will only dress in natural fibre garments
  • We do not embalm
  • We use unbleached calico to line our coffins and we do not use plastic handles
  • We use coffins from sustainable wood sources and local willow craftspeople
  • We only use recycled paper
  • Our hearse and limousine are lovingly upcycled, and we also have an electric ambulance/hearse
  • We carbon offset our business
  • We donate part of our profits to the ‘Trillion Trees’ project
  • We support home funerals and natural burials
  • We use silk flowers
  • We have rewilded our family garden to encourage bees and butterflies
